Hi,
Could you please let us know on which operating system you are? In case it is a Mac, unfortunately the clean up function won't be available to you.
If you are on Windows, I recommend you to verify that you have the latest version of Chrome, as clean up doesn't support older Chrome versions. For instructions on how to update Google Chrome, please refer to this article.
