Hello, if you have forgotten your passcode for your iPod, you will have to erase your iPod touch - this should delete all of your data, settings, music, and importantly, the passcode.
If you have already backed up your iPod touch on your PC, then you will be able to restore your data, music, settings etc after restoring your device. If you have never backed up your iPod touch, then doing this, you will lose all current data, music etc from your device - however, there won't be a passcode, and you will be able to add music to the device from scratch.
Regards
