Hi,
If it won't wake up from hibernate mode, press and hold the power button to force your laptop to shut down, then turn it on.
To avoid that kind of problem the next time, try disabling sleep mode for the USB Root Hubs. To do so, open Device Manager, then:
Repeat the same steps for all of the USB Root Hubs.

- Expand Universal Serial BUS controllers,
- Right-click on USB Root Hub,
- Go to Properties > Power Management,
- Uncheck Allow the computer to turn off this device to save power,
- Click on Ok to save the changes.
Repeat the same steps for all of the USB Root Hubs.
