Facebook account hacked and I can't request review

Hello, my Facebook account was hacked and they posted nudity, so I'm block I request review they send the code but they say they didn't send it and they don't show a space where I have to write that code since they say they never send it

The problem is they send the 6 numbers security and they say it was not sent to me, so they don't give me a space to write that security code
