Hi,
If you get the error message "No audio output device is installed or no active mixer installed", try uninstalling and reinstalling the driver. Search for "Device Manager" from the Start menu and open it.
Expand the Sound, video and game controllers section and right-click on your sound driver. Choose Uninstall and restart your PC.
After the restart, the driver should be automatically reinstalled. If the problem persists, please confirm your PC's make and model so that I can give you the right driver to install.
Regards,
Bob

Well you can try the following
- Check your speaker output.
- Run the audio troubleshooter.
- Verify that all Windows Updates are installed.
- Check your cables, plugs, jacks, volume, speaker, and headphone connections.
- Check sound settings.
- Fix your audio drivers.
- Set your audio device as the default device or look for the updating by using good driver updater Advanced driver Updater .
