Pc won’t boot and only 1 gpu fan is constantly spinning.

Hello,
I left my pc on for a while after I left for an hour and came back to find it still on but on a black screen. I restarted it but the pc wouldn’t boot and only 1 gpu fan was spinning, I cleaned the ram cards and slots/ switched them in different slots but nothing works.
