IPhone pausing every 10 seconds

Whatever I’m listening to over Bluetooth my phone is pausing every 10-20 seconds and I have to manually press play. I’ve turned my phone off and I’ve switched Bluetooth devices. None has worked.
Any ideas !!

Hi,

Is your iPhone up to date? If so, did you try forgetting the paired bluetooth device and adding it then? Try also restarting the bluetooth device. If other bluetooth devices are also connected with your iPhone, disconnect them all.
