Hello this is a common problem!
All you have to do is to try doing a system restore!
Click on Start then All programs, Accessories then select System Tools
Select System Restore!
Choose a date when your pc was working normally click next!
Let the System Restore to be done then Restart your machine normally!

i have this problem before when i try to install flash player in explorer so i have to start using firefox rather than explorer coz of many problems with it.
but now problem disappeared maybe coz i used fixing and cleaning registry programs like CCleaner and Tuneup also i used hijack tool.
these are my suggestions.
