Problem in tools

Hello,
when i click the internet option in tools tab i,i come across this problem"this operation has been cancelled due to restriction in effect on your computer.please contact system administrator". please sent me better solution to solve this

Hye this is because you don't have enough access priviledge to change the internet settings. You will have to contact your System administrator at work!
