System restore error

Hello, some how my computer has changed by its self.One morning I turned it on and every thing changed,most of my desktop icons are missing,desktop backgroung changed and all of the programs are running like i just installed it.
I Tried running system restore but every time the computer restarts,I get a message saying that my files were not restored due to an error. Why is there an error?Plz help me

Hello friend, please check the inside batray, maybe the batray is low. so you can change with a new batray
