I would like to create a computer album with my computer. The CCM website indicated this was possible with CCM and is the reason I signed up with CCM.
Am I to conclude that CCM does not have their own software to create a computer album with a computer?

Welcome to CCM! No we don't have our own software to create an album with your computer. We simply give help and advices on High-Tech things, through the forum and articles. From our download section, you can find a large choice of software, but they're from other editors, not from us.
That's said, you can easily create a photo album with your computer.
If you're using Windows 10,

- Open the Photos app,
- At the top right of the screen, select Create > Album,
- Choose the photos to include in your album,
- Select Create to create the album.
