How to fix cybercafepro server to client system

Hello,
what could be wrong if cybercafepro server not connecting to client system
please how can i fix it

System Configuration: Windows / Firefox 95.0

Admin icon > Setup > Client Settings > Security
The Client Settings screen contains six tabs, here all the security will be set up, this security is set up on the server.

If the ip address on the client pc is configured as the ip address on the server pc ,why the clients are not connected to the server pc?
