Still can't config..IE to autolaunch

Hello,
I am trying to figure out how to configure my computer to launch Internet Explorer 8.0 at startup so I don't have to manually establish a connection to the internet everytime. I am running windows XP home addittion on my desktop with At&T dialup. I have tried...start....run...msconfig....startup tab....but have found

Hello,

I am sorry but to get connect to the internet you should everytime dial up the connection when you start your computer!

Connecting to the internet is not my problem....I can do that easily...by clicking my AT&T dialup icon.
My problem is......I want my Internet Explorer to launch automatically after connecting to the internet without having to MANUALLY click on the Internet Explorer ICON on my desktop...
