Hello, Cybercafepro no longer has a support centre (otherwise I would have recommended you go there). There is the Internet cafe Software which is a general guide to Cybercafepro.
However, there is a facebook group dedicated to all questions Cybercafepro here moderated by one of the previous developers. Ask to join the group and ask your question here.
