Hello,
I have the original GTA V disc, but it contains a risk that crashes the game after a while of playing, and even when downloading it has this problem.
If i download a pirated version will i be able to play it again (my xbox 360 is not unlocked)?

Downloading a pirated version is a bad idea. Besides being illegal, there's no guarantee that the game will work and that you'll not have any problems with it.
I recommend you that you purchase a new/second hand DVD in a local store or directly from the Internet. You can find interesting offers to get it at a discount price - depending on the store.
