Cd?dvd burnernot working

Hello,
I am having problems with my cd/dvd rw it dont show it on my computer nomore it tells me HL-DT-DVDRAM_GSA-H60N ATA device failed and dont know where I can find a place to download it. Do you think you can help me in finding the right place to download my device at? thanks

Is it showing on your bios? If it's not detected on the bios make sure you have properly installed it! Check the cable connections etc!
