CD/DVD drive Problem

Hello,
This is my first post, and I need help of yours.
I have Dell Inspiron 1525, windows 7, DVD RW.
When I insert DVD/CD in drive, It takes about 20 to 30 minutes to read it. after that it works fine.
Time of 20 to 30 minutes after inserting disk is creating much trouble for me.
Please help me to find the solution for this problem.

Hi there,

Take the help of a lens cleaner and clean it and if same issue then revert back with more information.
