Hello Digital,

Highly Appreciate your help!

I have hp dv9500 laptop with vista and 2 GB RAM it was working fine from last 1 year. Now suddenly one day the screen got frozen. The next time i restarted my laptop i saw green dots and some vertical lines on the startup screen and finally the laptop gets restarted again. I tried system restore and bring my laptop back to factory settings but still the same problem persist. One noticeable thing is that the laptop is working fine in safe mode with networking.

I am really stuck up with my work.

Request you to please help me getting out of this.

Thanks & Regards

If you tried to restore and recover windows, you will have to format and install windows vista again!
