u r telling u r having proublem in laptop dell dear please check through inernet u r windows vista update r installed latest or not if not u just install that updates then hopfully it will work fi9
if not u take a backup and format u r c drive then hope it work fine .other wise u r laptop memory may be proublem or ur exox fan is rotating corectly or not just that thing also
