Facebook Age ID needed to unlock account

My Facebook account was locked Nov 5, 2021 as they said they needed to verify my age. I did all the Facebook fill outs that popped up. I even sent a letter. When they got the letter, they essentially told me that I wasn’t important enough and that they couldn’t look at my account at this time. I am a front line RN at my hospital. Pretty important since FB is closed for covid. FB is just something that keeps my mind busy after a crazy day at work. It is Jan 14 2022 today sooooo 21/2 months later still nothing. Any ideas. I’m just still waiting.
