Add a video: can I use a saved video on real video call

Instead of I going live on camera to deep fake my live video calling, can I just use a video already saved to deep fake live video calls??. Is it possible that another video can play in a real time video call for deep faking? And also can I give commands to chat positionings, movements like waving hands, head no and yes, kiss camera and crossing fingers and other actions and gestures of that saved video I want to use for my real time calling???
