Hye to format your computer, You will need a Windows Installation Disc or DVD!
You will need to change your boot priority to boot from your CD/DVD ROM!
Then insert the installation disc and boot using the disc!
Follow all the instructions! You will be asked to format your c: partition then Install it there!
