To solve this specific question try to do:
------------------------------------------------------------------
• Select B1, D1...to...G1
• Conditional Format > Formula
• Type -->
• Format --> Select FILL as GREEN
OK
------------------------------------------------------------------
Possibly you will have to adapt this formula to meet your real need and not just this example you provided us.
