My facebook account has been disable.

Hello,
My official facebook account has been disabled. It has disable by mistake. I've tried a few times to recover it but still my account is disabled. this account is very important for me. i am giving feedback just to ensure i am facing lots of problem and no help from facebook. Does anyone have any experience resolving this issue? I would be very grateful if anyone could resolve this issue. And also please mention the amount will charge for it.
