My facebook account has been mistakenly disabled.

Hey there,
So basically I’m trying to login to my facebook account but seems that i can’t, a message pops up saying that my account has been disabled due to a post that goes against our guidelines. Even though i did not post anything, and this makes me believe that my account maybe has been hacked or someone else gained access to my account. I’ve posted the asked formats and I have disagreed with the decision but still no response, it has been more than a week I believe. Is there anyone available, if so please hit me up with some explanations. I expect a response this time. Thank you!
