Customer service by Dell, what a joke!

Hello,
made the mistake of purchasing a Dell lap-top, thought that all the claims about good customer service might be true! How wrong was I..If you have a dell that works good luck to you, we bought a brand new 1525 July 08 within a week we had a new motherboard, by the end of the year due to many problems Dell agreed to replace, then it really went down hill!! By May 09 we had a new lap-top, yes 6 moths for them to sort!! New lap-top within 2 weeks had a new opitcal drive and palm rest! We asked them ,in writing to explain their total lack of customer support, still waiting!!

Hello,

I am currently using a dell inspiron 1525, i can say that i am having any problem with my laptop, this depends on your wholesaler customer support!

You will have to make good use of your machine this can solve most coming problems!
