You should contact Garena directly - see this article for the instructions on how to contact them. However, it is important to mention that Garena will no accept your appeal if you've used any hacks in Free Fire. You can check out this page for more info about account ban.

Garena will not take any request if you've used a hack.

They made this clear in their Help Center:

any account found guilty will be permanently suspended and is final. [...] No appeals will be entertained.
