Facebook locked me for unusual activity and can't unlock it

Hello 1 month ago, my account got locked and showed everything on chinese. By the time i changed the e-mail and password, facebook locked me out and telling me to unlock it with and old device. I tried that and nothing happened. I also tried every step with id verification, sms verification but still i m still locked out with all of this

Hi,

Log out of your Facebook account and delete your web browser's cache and cookies. Don't make any login attempt for 96 hours. Then, you can try accessing your account again.

If you still can't access it, try these methods to recover your Facebook account.
