Facebook locked me for unusual activity and can't unlock it

Hello 1 month ago, my account got locked and showed everything on chinese. By the time i changed the e-mail and password, facebook locked me out and telling me to unlock it with and old device. I tried that and nothing happened. I also tried every step with id verification, sms verification but still i m still locked out with all of this
