TikTok logged me out

Hello,

Yesterday TikTok logged me out of my account. I tried logging back in with the password Ive had for the past 9 years and it said it was the wrong password. So I tried changing it and when I did that it said 'login expired' or 'maximum tries reached'. So I waited until today to try again, and it still says the same thing. I dont know what has happened, I've tried contacting TikTok themselves but they're the worst at replying to complaints. Ive deleted the app and cleared the date from the app itself, I dont know what is left.

Hi,

Can you try recovering your account from the TikTok website? If your account is linked to Google, Facebook, Instagram... you need to reset the password directly from that platform.

Hello,
I have been blocked by TikTok every time I recharge my coins or send an expensive gift, like a lion or a rocket. I get the message recharge or gifts are temporally unavailable, witch sucks because most of the time i have to wait 24 hours to recharge or send the gifts i want, even if i have enough balance on my account. That breaks the flow of supporting my favorite streamers. Could anyone explain to me why TikTok do this stupid thing, even if it's not the first time i buy coins or send gifts??

P.S.: I have tried to reach TikTok support multiple times explaining the situation, but no response came back from them. I am seriously thinking to delete this app if this...

TikTok suggests a contact that is not in my address book

hello, I have one question! Is it possible that tiktok made a mistake and for a person that I never had in my address book (I don’t even know her) and it says that I have her in "contacts"? thanks in advance for the answers.

This just started showing up. I do not have any copyright music on my videos, but I did edit them into the video using Adobe Premiere pro. I also upload the videos via the website, and not the phone app, because it is easier for me since these videos are already edited. The music is Royalty Free and not from the sound library on TikTok, but should still be able to be used. I use them on my YouTube without issues.



Is anyone else seeing this red description and knows what it means? I'm sorry I don't use TikTok the way everyone else does? I do have some I uploaded via the phone app, but they also have the red description bubble.

Please, I know I can...

wenever i login 2 fb.....it automatically goes 2 fb lite....n the page goes blank!!!!!......cant go 2 my homepage.... :((....how do i get out of it????? and since even the fb lite page doesnt show..so i dnt hav dat feedback option too:((.......pls help me out...thanx in advance!!
