Tik tok contact Closed

Question

Hi, sorry if I’m posting this on wrong place. I have a tik tok question. I was wondering if anyone knew why some of my contacts isn’t showing up as my contacts. This is my friends and I know I’m not blocked and I know they have my number saved on their phone. They don’t show up on my contacts list, but in my daughters contacts list they are showing up. Very strange. Even when I search and find their user, it doesn’t say from your contacts.

You've posted on the right forum. Your contact must also be saved in your contact list to be considered "as a contact". If this is the case, here are some suggestions:

Make sure TikTok has access to your contact list. If so, try turning the permission off and on.
	Clear TikTok cache (Settings > Apps > TikTok > Storage > Clear cache)
	Restart your phone.
	Log out and log back in.
	As a last resort, uninstall and reinstall TikTok.
