Hi,
You've posted on the right forum. Your contact must also be saved in your contact list to be considered "as a contact". If this is the case, here are some suggestions:
- Make sure TikTok has access to your contact list. If so, try turning the permission off and on.
- Clear TikTok cache (Settings > Apps > TikTok > Storage > Clear cache)
- Restart your phone.
- Log out and log back in.
- As a last resort, uninstall and reinstall TikTok.
