Idiot Message - Temporary Error 15

For the past three weeks, upon accessing Yahoo Mail, I have received the following idiot message, which has no value or use "We are experiencing some techical difficulties. Temporary (Three Weeks? My Italics) Error 15, Please try again." When I try again , the message disappears and I have full access to my Inbox. The Help option is worse than useless when all I want to do is to get rid of this pointless idiot message which serves no useful purpose.

Hi,

Do you remember what you did before the error occurs? If you've added an extension or changed the settings in your Web browser, try reverting to the previous configuration and disable your extensions.

Make sure your Web browser is on the latest version and clear your cookies and cache if you haven't done it yet. Then, restart your browser and try logging in to your account.

Also, a poor network connection may also be the cause of the "error 15" message. Try testing your network speed by going to SpeedTest. You can also try restarting your router in case the results seem slow, this may help.

Hello, I have done all this; I've even moved the file to be sure there's not an error on the disk preventing a full clean upload.  My intention is to attach a small (2.6Mb) ePub file to send it to be read on my Kindle device. I put the correct "To" email; I put a small default subject & body message, then click the paperclip (I'm on Windows 10 desktop, using an up-to-date Chrome, select the file, click "attach" & it seems to operate normally, but then a big red "!" appears instead of a document icon; eventually it goes away, but only after I get a popup error from Yahoo: Message cannot be saved as draft. I click "send" & get error message in my inbox "your message could not be sent." Anyo...

Corel Draw: Error Reading file problem

Hello,

I have a group of files that I cannot open in CorelDraw. They were created a long time ago in Corel Draw 7.0 on a computer with windows 98. I re-installed Corel Draw 7.0 on my computer with windows2000 and now I get the error message "error reading /..../XXX.file CDR"
On the most critical file are loaded to 40% and then appears an error message. I can basically upload and store new files without any problems, but some (but not all) old files will be unreadable. I found an old hard drive and installed windows98 and CDR does not affect this. Also I installed the driver for the printer that (I think) has been used then no effect. Any suggestion ?

I am shocked and sad.  I use the stationery feature at the bottom of my email just about every day, but suddenly it is no longer there!  Did I delete it by accident?  How may I get it back?
