You may find the date of birth by visiting your profile page if this info is public.
However, as it seems that Facebook needs a confirmation of your date of birth in order to unlock your account, you'll need to submit a copy of your ID - the info on your ID must match those of your Facebook profile. Otherwise, Facebook will not unlock your account.
