Hi,
If you usually upload a lot of videos, I suggest you try avoid posting for a few days as every video you upload is systematically blocked for the first minutes.
Regarding the music you point to, it is possible that TikTok doesn't allow it due to copyright issues. However, if you own the rights, you should be able to make appeal.
