Receiving codes

I have been trying to recieved codes from web sites one being facebook from my hotmail account Codes are being sent but not recieved. Examples forgot password for facebook. They keep sending codes but there not being picked up from my hotmail. They tell me to change passwords but I forgot . Does anyone have a suggesstion on what to do?

Hi,

Did you check your spam folder? Sometimes, emails sent for account recovery are marked as spam by mistake. If you can't find the email from Facebook, try adding security@facebookmail.com to your contacts to be sure to receive it.
