I can't remove some apps on mi store of Google Play Closed

I'm having some problems deleting some apps, on android. My phone is Samsung. But I don't understand why they keep working

Hi,

To uninstall apps on your Samsung phone, go to Settings > Apps. Select the app you'd like to uninstall and choose Uninstall.

Note that some apps can't be uninstalled as they're part of the operating system. You may disabled them instead so that they'll no longer work.

However, critical apps that are necessary to your phone can't be uninstalled, nor disabled. The option will be grayed out.
