Hello,
i have been putting in disks on computer (including the new sims3 which was very expensive) and the computer wont read any of the disks. i am so frustrated because my computer (windows xp) is very slow and stupid. please help!

hi,

you need to update the drivers of your computer and for the disk drive as well.

this will fix the problem.
