Hi,
Drivers for scanners seem to have been removed from BenQ website, and without knowing the exact model name of your scanner, it is impossible to provide you a compatible driver. Please provide it so we can help.
You can also try with Windows Update to find a driver that will work with your scanner. Alternatively, go to Device Manager, right-click on your scanner > Proprieties > Driver > Update Driver.
