My PC won't turn on anymore

Hello everyone! I'm new here. I hope all of you are fine.

Yesterday I used my PC normally. Only for a while now the batteries have stopped working and I have been using direct current. It displayed BIOS malfunction alerts. But each time I found a way to turn it on. But now it doesn't turn on. The locked keypad light flashes and everything stays black on the screen. Also the PC, HP Intel Core I3 windows 10, turns on immediately branch.
