Visit this recovery page and search for your account. You can enter your email, phone number or name/username to find it, then follow the recovery instructions.

Alternatively, go to the profile page of the account and click the 3 dots below the cover photo. Select Find support or report > Something else > Recover this account. Then, follow the instructions.
