Hi,
There are several ways to record a call on iPhone.
You can either put your iPhone on speaker and use another device to record the call, or download a call recorder app on the App Store.
On iOS 18.1, call recording will be a native feature. Simply press the dedicated option once the call started to start recording - and transcribing.
