Hi,
Search Device Manager in the Start menu and open it.
Expand Audio inputs and outputs or Sound, video and game controllers. Right-click on the audio adapter and choose Uninstall. Do the same with your wireless adapter by expanding the Network adapters section.
Once both of the adapters have been uninstalled, restart your PC. It will automatically reinstall them after restart.
If the issue persists, by connecting an ethernet cable or using another PC, download the WiFi and audio drivers for your PC model from the manufacturer's website, then proceed to the installation.
