Hi,
What's your Windows version?
If you're on Windows 10, go to Settings > Apps > Apps & features > Manage optional features > Add a feature > Windows Media Player and click Install to enable it.
If it's already enabled, make sure Media Player is ready. On first launch, it must be set up before being operational.
Otherwise, try opening Media Go in compatibility mode. Right-click the executable file, go to Properties > Compatibility and check Run this program in compatibility mode for and choose Windows 8 or Windows 7 then save the changes.
