Hi,
If you've forgotten your Privacy Password on your Oppo phone, here's how to unlock your File Safe.
If you set the fingerprint or face unlock method before you created the password, you can use these to unlock File Safe.
Otherwise, you can answer your security questions, or use your recovery email address or Oppo ID to reset your password.
In case you didn't set any of the recovery methods above, I'm afraid that you can no longer access your File Safe and its data.
The only way to unlock it is to factory reset your phone by going to Settings > Additional settings > Back up and reset > Reset phone > Erase all data. Your phone and the associated data will be permanently erased, so back up your data first. Your File Safe data won't be recovered.
