Code to unblock bar on receiving SMS messages

My phone number can't receive SMS my carrier says it had spam report on number so blocked they want me to pay to get bar off..I've not done anything ...so need code to get removed to get my verification code needed for my unify message to talk to my partner haven't been able to over wk ..think someone has done on perpuse

Hi,

Check your balance just to be sure that your plan is active. Dial *133# or 1244 to check it. If you don't have enough credit, you need to top up your SIM card.

If your plan is working, try sending B0 to 323330 or check your Lebara account to see if that helps to unblock incoming calls and SMS. If not, contact Lebara and explain them the situation.
