want to make a printer server in the ADSL Closed

Hello, Friend
I am woring in the office of a contractor. i need to help you. friends i have ADSL wireless  networking of 100 mbps speed. I have a good router and switch and now i am using about 4 destop computer and 2 wi-fi laptop 
it is too slow downlod speed and i want to make my printer server so what can i do for that please help me.

About the speed you will have to increase your connection speed because please note that there are 6 machine connection to your router,

About the print server you will have to use Windows 2003 to normally configure the print server:
