Can't downloa i -tunes to computer

Hello,
I can't dowload i-tunes to my pc. It proceeds to the installer and then says i have avbscript problem. i called Apple customer service and they said i have a problem with my windows and they cannot help me.

hi,

is the problem when downloading the iTunes or when installing it.

if the problem is with the downloading, try this link to download it:

http://ccm.net/download/download-58-itunes

and if the problem is with the installation, update your windows installer.
