X p reboot

Hello,
i have a problem with my PC is that some times it reboots itself without any message. whenever i install anti virus, my operating system gets corrupted . I have p4 system with 2.4 possessor and Xp Service pack 3 is installed on it .some body suggested me to break and re- create the partition . i did the same but problem is still there .I have several times formatted my Hard disk. now i feel it is due to some kind of memory virus .............if it is due to memory virus pls. tell me how can i remove it ..

hi,

turn off the Automatic restart.

and then try again.

or do you get any kind of BSOD? (Blue screen of death)

remove all the PCI devices and then try to reboot.

go to the BIOS and then activate virus alert to know if this is a BIOS virus.
