Explorer.exe faild

Hello,
Im rabin newahang
i have one problem in my computer which one is multi user. there are some problem: the computer icon is not visiable and cannot open desktop and task bar. so, give me suggetion or help me.

Try to use the short cut windows+R to run command prompt and run explorer!
