Webcam problem

Hello, i have a packard bell imedia b2316a10 its run on windows vista home premium..i have recently got a pcline webcam (pcl300k) and i have inserted the disc that came with it and it just keeps sayin i have no driver, how could i solve the situation without having to pay for something my computer should already have? thanks sam
