ATT INTERNET AND EARLY VERSION OF VISTA

Hello,
I got ATT internet back in October 08. Since then my internet is horrible. It constantly reloads, it get "network interruption", "address not found", "cannot connect to internet", blah, blah, blah........When it does load, it takes forever. It is driving me crazy. I have talked to ATT a few times and they always tell me to do the same thing. Finally a tech came out and said the problem is that ATT and the "early" version of vista (which I have) is not compatable and they are trying to fix it. Of coarse they said by July 8/9 which has passed and it is still not fixed. Should I just switch back to comcast????? Help.

hi,

if your connection was better with Comcast, then you may switch back to it.

or try to contact them again to see where they have reached with the repair.

or try to update your system to see if this helps.
